Pharmacist

• Accurately interpret prescription orders and dispense medications while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide clear instructions to patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and any necessary precautions.
• Offer counseling to patients regarding their medications, answering questions, and addressing concerns to enhance patient understanding and adherence.
• Conduct medication reviews to identify and resolve potential drug interactions, allergies, or other medication-related problems.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of prescriptions, patient profiles, and other relevant information. Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data.
• Stay informed about new medications, therapies, and advancements in pharmacy practice through ongoing education and training.
• Participate in quality assurance programs, including the monitoring of dispensing accuracy and the implementation of corrective measures when necessary.
