  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  Dispense Homeopathic Remedies:
• Prepare and dispense homeopathic remedies according to prescriptions provided by homeopathic practitioners.
• Thoroughly verify prescription details, including remedy selection and potency.
  
  Patient Care (Primarily B2B):
• Offer expert guidance and information to homeopathic practitioners and healthcare professionals regarding homeopathic remedies.
• Provide recommendations on the optimal use and dosage of homeopathic medicines.
• Uphold strict patient privacy and confidentiality standards.
  
  Inventory Management / Quality Assurance:
• Ensure a well-organized inventory of homeopathic remedies tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and remove expired or damaged remedies from the inventory.
• Proactively monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders as necessary.
• Adhere rigorously to quality assurance standards, guaranteeing the excellence of homeopathic remedies.
• Safeguard the proper storage and rotation of remedies to maintain their potency and quality.
   
• Record Keeping & Collaborating with Homeopathic Practitioners
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of patient prescriptions and transactions, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
• Ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements is essential for B2B interactions.
• Foster close collaboration with homeopathic practitioners to gain a comprehensive understanding of patient needs and offer suitable remedies.
• Communicate effectively with fellow pharmacy staff to ensure the efficient flow of B2B operations.
  
  Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Homeopathic Medicine or a related field.
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a homeopathic pharmacy or related role, preferably in a B2B context.
• Proficiency in Hindi and regional languages, with a basic understanding of English to facilitate communication with healthcare professionals.
