JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure dispensing of medicine as per requirement, storage medicines.
• Compounding & dispensing medicine for day-to-day operation cases and as per vouchers.
• Filling & labelling of medical containers.
• To identify Look alike and Sound alike drugs.
• Proper dispensing of narcotic medicine.
• Proper maintenance of records of narcotic medicine.
• Maintains of sufficient stock of antidote for poisoning & emergency medicine.
• Checking of the quality of the sources of purchase of all medicine, chemicals antibiotics.
• Maintainers of proper system of all records.
• Keeping controls over requisition & dispensing of all medicine.
• Disposal of non-moving stock by consulting concerned.
• Accepting returned items from wards.
• Skills Required: Good communication skills, leadership qualities, active listening, ability to solve problems and manage people.
• Working Condition: Closed environment within the Hospital.
