Pharmacist

a.    Accurately dispense medications.

b.    Maintains separate records for specified medicines as per the Drug Rules and removes expired and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.

c.    Keep pharmacy clean & under prescribed temperature and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

d.    Help to team by accomplishing related functions as needed

e.    Responsible for keeping patient records/ bills updated and generating report as & when needed.

f.     Collection of payments and deposition.

g.    Maintaining records such as Pharmacy files, Patient bills & inventories

h.    Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging and labelling

i.     Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies advising interventions

j.     Planning, Implementing or maintaining procedures for packaging and labelling pharmaceuticals according to policy & legal requirements to ensure quality, security and proper disposal

k.    Maintaining stock and handling it properly

l.     Analysing prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance & to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions

m.  Advising patients on the medication’s intake

n.    On daily basis, update the sales data and crosscheck the inventories before ordering the medicines.

o.    Sending back up data to reporting executive on daily basis

p.    Maintain a thorough record of drugs which were returned by the patients on daily basis and send the data to reporting executive

q.    In addition, the management may also entrust you with other associated/affiliated/strategic responsibilities from time to time.
