• Dispensing medication as prescribed by the Doctor in the prescription.
• Checking the details of the patient, performing pharmaceutical assessment and proper documentation before dispensing medication
• Validation whether the medication being provided matches the prescription, expiry of the medication, composition of the medication, appropriate packing and labeling
• Providing appropriate information about the medications on dosage, duration of drug therapy, intended use of drug, expected action, side and adverse effects, proper storage of the drug, precautions for the drug and actions to be taken in case of misuse.
