Job profile [Executive Tenders] (TE)

Job Objective

• Support the tender team in preparing and submitting competitive bids for international and domestic tenders related to pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, equipment, and ARV products, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
• Review and analyze tender documents; coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Regulatory, Finance, Quality, Logistics).
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender bids as per guidelines and deadlines.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of bid data.
• Track tender progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time submissions.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, and agents.
• Handle post-award activities like contract review and order processing.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and tender requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and efficient information management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical tendering.
• Knowledge of international tender processes.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English (French is an added advantage).
• Its a 5 days working, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
• Job location is - Church gate.
