Pediatric Dietitian

• We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Clinic Nutritionist to join our team and provide essential dietary guidance and support to our pediatric patients. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting nutritional counseling during pediatric patients' visits, collaborating with medical professionals, and promoting healthy habits to improve patients' well-being. Your expertise in tailoring dietary recommendations to individual needs and growth patterns will play a vital role in enhancing the health and development of our young patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional counseling sessions during pediatric patients' visits, adhering to doctors' OPD schedules.
• Educate patients and their families about the significance of healthy eating, effective nutrition monitoring, and the benefits of positive lifestyle choices.
• Develop customized dietary recommendations based on doctor's guidelines, patient medical history, and specific nutritional needs.
• Perform thorough assessments of pediatric patients' nutritional requirements and design appropriate, well-balanced dietary plans.
• Collaborate closely with medical professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and holistic well-being.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in pediatric nutrition and integrate evidence-based practices into your counseling sessions.
• Empower patients to make informed food choices, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Comprehensive understanding of pediatric dietary needs, growth patterns, and developmental considerations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients, their families, and the medical team.
• Proficient in advocating for healthy eating habits, emphasizing the importance of balanced nutrition, and encouraging sustainable lifestyle changes.
• A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in nutritional counseling, with a preference for those experienced in pediatric nutrition.
• Proven ability to adapt dietary recommendations to align with individual patient requirements.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification or equivalent credentials are a plus.
