<ul><li>Welcome patients and guide them through registration, OPD, diagnostics, admissions, and other hospital services.</li><li>Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Conduct regular patient rounds to check comfort, service satisfaction, and care quality.</li><li>Assist patients and families with admission, documentation, consent forms, and discharge processes.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, billing, TPA, and other departments to fulfill patient needs.</li><li>Help patients understand billing details, insurance/TPA requirements, and package information.</li><li>Maintain patient feedback records, complaint logs, and daily reporting for quality improvement.</li><li>Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality, and adherence to hospital service standards.<br><strong>Note: Candidate need to do field Visit.</strong></li></ul>
