Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system as per SOPs.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Educate patients about services, procedures, and treatment plans in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate with medical, administrative, and billing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance patient experience.
- Support onboarding of new patients and explain hospital/clinic policies and procedures.
