Crisis Intervention: Identify and intervene in crisis situations, providing immediate support to patients facing acute psychological distress or behavioral issues, and connecting them with appropriate resources.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and patient progress, and prepare reports for healthcare providers as needed.
