Description
1. Efficient delivery of Procedures
- Appointment , admission and discharge of patient
- Billing invoice generation
- Maintenance of daily scroll
- Cash/Credit/Corporate billing and discount information to customers.
2. Registration
- Ensure timely and accurate registration procedures.
- Ensure information of all policies and guidelines to patients / attendants with other queries if any.
3. Cashiering
- Shift handling including cash, credit, corporate and TPA billing and refunds if any during the shift and submission of daily account with details to finance.
- Responsible for Opening and Closing of shifts.
4. Reports
- Co ordination with other departments for the purpose of diagnostics and other reports to reach concerned area in time.
5. Customer Interaction
- Achieving high Levels of customer satisfaction during interaction.
Ensure effective resolving of customer issues with follow up if required
- Accuracy of invoicing/ billing / documentation.
- Punctuality and discipline on the job
