  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing guidance and support throughout the treatment process.

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits with healthcare providers.
  • Ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently to minimize patient wait times and optimize the use of healthcare resources.
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is well-coordinated across different departments and services.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team to keep them informed of patient needs, changes in condition, and treatment plans.
  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Monitor patient progress and update care plans as necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
