Job Description:

Patient Support:

• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, addressing their basic needs and ensuring comfort.

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.

Vital Sign Monitoring:

• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, as directed by healthcare professionals.

Communication with Healthcare Team:

• Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare providers to relay patient updates and observations.

Environmental Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, ensuring hygiene and safety standards.

Patient Interaction:

• Foster positive interactions with patients, offering emotional support and companionship.

Documentation:

• Document care activities, patient responses, and any notable observations in patient records.
