Pathologist

• We Are Seeking A Pathologist To Work At A Hospital Laboratory Run By Us. We Are A Nabl Accreditted Lab Located In Rajajinagar, Bangalore. 
  Work Hours Are From 11-2 Pm, 6-8 Pm In Hospital And Available Via Phone Or Whatsapp At Other Times, If Needed. 

Duties Include:

• Oversee all aspects of Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology and Hematology in the Hospital
• Report Cytology and Histopathology
• Communicate with hospital doctors/consultants and provide accurate guidance on patient treatment
• Provide timely advise to clinicians and patients on tests and test results
• Verify and ensure workflow to provide optimum efficiency of testing and turnaround time of results
• Verify quality control, validation (new lot of reagents), and other quality activities to verify performance of test
• Ensure NABL procedures are followed in work environment
• Provide inputs to management for continual improvement
• Ensure the technicians follow proper protocols and quality control procedures
• Serve as technical resource by hiring and participating in staff training; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations for continual development
• Take part in all quality improvement activities of the lab
