Description

Ensure the implementations of quality policy.
Implement a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable requirements. This responsibility has been delegated to Manager-Operations.
Serve as a contributing member of the medical staff for those facilities served, if applicable and appropriate.
Ensure the provision of clinical advice with respect to the choice of examinations, use of the services and interpretation of examination results. This responsibility is shared with authorized signatories
Select referral laboratories and monitor the quality of their services.
Responsible for professional and technical services exclusively in hematology, histopathology, cytology, clinical biochemistry and clinical pathology.
Final checking of all slides concerning his sections and approval of results.
Repeat test of random slides for quality assurance.
Responsible for all diagnosis activities
Analysis of non-conformities and initiation of corrective actions.
Can ask for a return of the test if any discrepancy is noticed or would like to cross verify the result.
Signing of final test reports.
Handling of customer’s feedback.
