<ul><li>Planning, organizing and monitoring, various activities and processes of the section, including pre-analytical variables.</li><li>Assigning and deploying, the human resource in order to provide timely Lab diagnostic services in the area of CRS Lab.</li><li>To train, motivate, develop and guide the human resource in order to enhance effectiveness at the work place.</li><li>To review the slides and provide a diagnostic report to the clients.</li><li>Interacting with doctors, for test ordering practices, clarification and reports and counseling patients whenever circumstances permit.</li><li>Participate in CMEs/ Conferences, so that it has an influence on the perception of doctors.</li></ul>
