Paediatrician

• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team of healthcare professionals. 
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for pediatric care and a commitment to providing exceptional medical services to children of all ages. 
• This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing comprehensive pediatric care to patients in Kerala.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care to infants, children, and adolescents, including well-child visits, sick visits, and immunizations.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical assessments to diagnose and treat pediatric illnesses and conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, X-rays, and ultrasounds, to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
• Prescribe medication and other treatments as necessary, following established guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about preventive care, healthy lifestyle habits, and management of chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Stay current on advances in pediatric medicine and participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency training in Pediatrics.
• Valid medical license to practice in Kerala.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based pediatric practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Compassion and empathy for children and families.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.
