Description

Packing Operations: Operate packing machines and equipment efficiently to pack products in accordance with specified standards and customer requirements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that packed products meet the required quality standards, performing checks for packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and product condition.
Material Handling: Manage packaging materials such as boxes, labels, tapes, and protective materials, ensuring their availability and proper use during the packing process.
Machine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of packing machines, reporting any equipment issues to the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Product Segregation: Ensure products are correctly identified, sorted, and packed according to their specifications, sizes, and types.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packed products, including quantities, batch numbers, and packaging details, and report to the relevant department.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment during packing operations.
Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor packing efficiency and work to minimize errors or waste in the packing process, suggesting improvements to enhance productivity.
Stock Monitoring: Keep track of packaging material usage and report any shortages or reordering requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Team Coordination: Work closely with other team members to meet packing targets, ensuring coordination with production teams and timely delivery of packed products.
