<ul><li>Supervise packing operations including blistering, bottle filling, labeling, and carton packing.</li><li>Monitor packing staff performance and provide guidance and training.</li><li>Ensure compliance with batch manufacturing records (BMR), SOPs, and GMP standards.</li><li>Perform in-process checks and maintain high packaging quality.</li><li>Coordinate with QA and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain production records, including output, rejects, and deviations.</li><li>Troubleshoot minor machine or packing issues and escalate major problems.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of packaging materials.</li></ul>
