Description

Oversee the daily packing operations for pharmaceutical products, ensuring they are packed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Supervise the packing lines and coordinate activities to ensure timely and accurate packaging of products.
Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal utilization of packing equipment.
Ensure all packing activities comply with regulatory and company quality standards, including GMP, FDA, and other relevant guidelines.
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products are packed in the correct quantities, with proper labeling, and meet quality specifications.
Handle deviations or non-conformance related to packing processes and take corrective actions to maintain product quality.
Ensure line clearance activities are conducted according to SOPs before initiating packing operations.
Maintain accurate records of packing processes, batch documentation, and ensure all activities are appropriately documented for audit purposes.
Prepare daily and monthly packing reports to track production output, downtime, and any issues encountered.
