Description

Operate packing machines and equipment to package products according to company specifications and standards.
Ensure all packaging materials are properly handled, stored, and used efficiently, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
Perform quality checks to ensure packaged products meet all quality standards, including proper labeling, sealing, and product alignment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area to comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
Monitor packaging processes to ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting minor issues with machinery or packaging materials as needed.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure safe and efficient packing operations.
Record production data, including quantity packed, defects, and other relevant information, for inventory and quality control purposes.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve any operational challenges.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on packing machinery, reporting any issues or malfunctions to maintenance staff.
Assist in the preparation of packing materials and ensure the proper storage of finished products for distribution or shipment.
