Description

Supervise and coordinate packing operations to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of products in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
Oversee the work of packing operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to packing procedures and performance targets.
Monitor packing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize efficiency, and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections of packing machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning, safety compliance, and maintenance requirements.
Ensure that packaging materials, including containers, cartons, labels, and seals, are available and used efficiently to support production needs.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, hygiene standards, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) in the packing area to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Collaborate with production planning, quality control, and logistics teams to coordinate packing activities, resolve issues, and meet customer requirements.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address performance issues as needed to maintain a high level of productivity and quality among packing staff.
