Description

Packing Operations: Supervise and manage the packing process to ensure that all products are packed accurately, securely, and in compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to verify the quality of packed goods, ensuring that the packaging is intact, labels are correct, and products meet all safety and quality standards.
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of packaging materials, ensuring that all required materials are available, properly stored, and utilized efficiently to avoid production delays.
Packing Line Supervision: Lead and coordinate the packing team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to packing schedules while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of packing activities, including quantities packed, material usage, and discrepancies, and report these findings to management.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that packing activities are performed in a safe manner and that staff are following proper safety protocols.
