Description

Product Packing: Operate packing machinery to package products according to specified guidelines, ensuring that each product is properly sealed and labeled.
Quality Control: Inspect packed products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications, and report any defects or inconsistencies.
Adherence to Standards: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on packing equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage packing supplies, such as boxes, labels, and packing materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and reporting shortages.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production output, packing quantities, and any issues encountered during the packing process.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure smooth packing operations and timely product distribution.
Training and Support: Assist in training new packing operators and support team efforts to meet production targets and improve packing processes.
