<ol><li data-list="bullet">Lead and manage end-to-end packing operations for liquid oral dosage forms (syrups, suspensions).</li><li data-list="bullet">Plan packing schedules to meet production targets, dispatch timelines, and market demand.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards during all packing activities.</li><li data-list="bullet">Oversee primary and secondary packing operations including bottle filling, capping, labeling, and carton packing.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure line clearance, reconciliation of packing materials, and yield optimization.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Warehouse, and Engineering for smooth operations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Review and approve Batch Packing Records (BPR), SOPs, and packing documentation.</li><li data-list="bullet">Handle audits, deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPA, and regulatory inspections effectively.</li></ol>
