- Prepare the operation theatre before surgery, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.
- Assist surgeons and surgical team during operations by passing instruments and maintaining sterile conditions.
- Maintain and operate surgical instruments, equipment, and machines efficiently.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of OT equipment after procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical instruments, consumables, and medicines in the OT.
- Assist in patient preparation for surgery, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
- Follow all hospital infection control protocols and safety standards.
