<ul><li>Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.</li><li>Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations by providing necessary instruments and supplies.</li><li>Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and materials are sterilized and in proper working condition.</li><li>Maintain inventory of OT equipment, instruments, and consumables.</li><li>Follow strict aseptic and infection control protocols within the OT.</li><li>Assist in patient preparation before surgery and safe transfer to and from the OT.</li><li>Dispose of biomedical waste safely as per hospital and regulatory standards.</li><li>Maintain OT records, surgical checklists, and sterilization logs accurately.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing and maintenance teams to ensure smooth surgical operations.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency cases and support surgical teams as required.</li></ul>
