<ul><li>Prepare and maintain the operation theater before, during, and after surgical procedures.</li><li>Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies as per protocols.</li><li>Assist surgeons and nurses by handing over instruments and materials during operations.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of OT equipment and machines.</li><li>Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions to prevent infections.</li><li>Dispose of surgical waste and maintain cleanliness in the OT area.</li><li>Keep accurate records of surgical procedures and equipment usage.</li><li>Report any equipment malfunctions or shortages to the OT Supervisor.</li><li>Assist in patient preparation and transfer to and from the OT.</li></ul>
