Description

Surgical Equipment Preparation: Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and operating room environments before surgeries, ensuring everything is ready and in optimal condition.
Patient Positioning and Preparation: Assist in preparing and positioning patients for surgery according to the surgeon’s specifications, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Assisting During Surgery: Support the surgical team during procedures by handing instruments, operating medical equipment, and ensuring that the sterile field is maintained.
Post-Operative Cleanup: Clean and sterilize the operating room and instruments after surgeries, following infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of surgical supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are available and properly maintained.
Patient Monitoring: Assist in monitoring patients’ vital signs and conditions during surgery, alerting the surgical team to any changes or concerns.
Collaboration with Surgical Team: Work closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses to ensure smooth and efficient surgical operations and assist in emergency situations.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and sterilization protocols, minimizing the risk of infections and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical process.
