Description
- Surgical/Operating Room
- Reports to: Head of Surgery
- Preparation of operating room for surgery, sterilization of all surgical instruments & equipment.
- Assists surgeon & nurses during operations by managing surgical instruments, positioning patients, maintaining sterile environment, high level of precision & the ability to work well under pressure.
- Prepare the operating room by arranging necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, ensuring a sterile environment is maintained.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and condition during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and in proper working condition.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients before and after surgery.
- Coordinate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals for smooth workflow.
- Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed during surgery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient data, and inventory usage.
- Candidate must be from Pune.
