- Qualification: GNM/BSc

Job Description
- Prepare OT for surgeries ensuring availability of instruments & consumables.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Maintain sterile environment & follow infection control protocols.
- Perform surgical counts before, during & after procedures.
- Monitor patient safety, positioning & vital signs.
- Handle and maintain OT equipment & instruments.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Maintain accurate OT documentation & records.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, safety & OT protocols.
- Coordinate with OT, CSSD & nursing teams.
