<ul><li>To provide hands-on care to patients by administering medications, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining records and communicating with doctors.</li><li>Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions.</li><li>Treat emergency injuries.</li><li>Take over of all patients as per the guidelines and protocol.</li><li>Carry out routine check at each handover that all equipment's are in working order.</li><li>Brief and guide patients about the procedure.</li><li>Maintain the confidentiality of the assigned patient.</li><li>To maintain proper patient record and procedure as per NABH standards.</li><li>Fulfil all basic needs (hygienic need, nutritional need etc) of the patients.</li></ul>
