<ul><li>Prepare and maintain the sterile field and surgical instruments before and during surgery.</li><li>Assist surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Perform surgical hand scrubbing, gowning, and gloving techniques maintaining strict asepsis.</li><li>Count sponges, instruments, and sharps before, during, and after procedures to prevent retention.</li><li>Monitor and ensure sterility of the operating environment throughout the procedure.</li><li>Check and prepare surgical supplies and equipment as per the procedure list.</li><li>Coordinate with circulating nurses, anesthetists, and surgeons to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Document intraoperative events, usage of materials, and patient information accurately.</li></ul>
