Job Overview:

• Pixel Eye Hospital is seeking an experienced and skilled OT Nurse to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assisting with cataract and squint surgeries.
• The role involves supporting surgeons in the operating theatre, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining sterile environments.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the ophthalmic surgeon in cataract and squint surgeries.
• Prepare the operating theatre with necessary instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after surgeries.
• Maintain sterile conditions in the OT to prevent infections.
• Assist in post-operative care and provide support to patients.
• Ensure the proper handling and sterilization of surgical instruments.
• Collaborate with the medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Document surgical procedures and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.

Requirements:

• Nursing degree or diploma with valid registration.
• Proven experience in cataract and squint surgery assistance is mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of OT protocols and sterilization techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
