Job Description
- Prepare the operating theatre before surgery, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations by handing instruments and supplies.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition during surgery under supervision.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols in the operating theatre.
- Prepare patients preoperatively, including positioning and skin preparation.
- Document surgical procedures, instruments used, and patient care accurately.
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment post-surgery.
