OT Nurse (Female)

Job description:

Eternelle Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and experienced OT Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operation theatre procedures, strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, and a patient-centric approach, particularly within aesthetic or surgical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist surgeons and doctors during operative, aesthetic, and minor surgical procedures.
2. Prepare the operation theatre, instruments, and equipment as per surgical protocols.
3. Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, infection control, and OT safety standards.
4. Monitor and document patient vitals pre-, intra-, and post-operative.
5. Handle OT documentation, checklists, and compliance records.
6. Anticipate surgical needs and provide proactive assistance during procedures.
7. Manage biomedical waste disposal as per regulatory guidelines.
8. Respond efficiently to intra-operative and post-operative medical emergencies.
9. Coordinate with doctors, anesthetists, and recovery room staff.
10. Guide and support junior nursing staff when required.

Eligibility & Requirements:

1. 7-10 years (or more) of OT nursing experience (experience in aesthetic / cosmetic / surgical OT preferred)
2. Strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization methods, and surgical instruments.
3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procedures efficiently.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Willingness to work flexible shifts.
6. Only Female Candidates preferred

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in cosmetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery OT
2. Knowledge of NABH / hospital quality standards
3. Calm, attentive, and detail-oriented approach
