Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of all operation theatre units.
- Supervise OT staff including nurses, technicians, and support personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical teams for surgery scheduling and patient preparation.
- Monitor availability and maintenance of surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
