Job Description

  1. Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre (OT).
  2. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing, and technical staff.
  3. Ensure OT scheduling, case flow, and optimal utilization of theatres.
  4. Maintain strict adherence to sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
  5. Ensure availability and proper functioning of OT equipment and instruments.
  6. Supervise OT staff, duty rosters, and training activities.
  7. Monitor compliance with NABH and other regulatory standards.
  8. Handle OT-related documentation, records, and audits.
