- Manage day-to-day OT operations and surgery schedules.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing, and support teams.
- Ensure OT readiness, sterility, and availability of instruments and equipment.
- Monitor infection control practices and OT protocols.
- Supervise OT nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Manage OT inventory including consumables, implants, and linen.
