Operational Management:

Equipment and Supplies Management:

• Ensure the availability and functionality of surgical equipment and instruments.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for the timely procurement of supplies.

Sterilization Protocols:

• Ensure adherence to strict sterilization protocols for surgical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor the effectiveness of sterilization processes and implement improvements as needed.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
