- Operations & Coordination: Supervise daily activities, manage theatre schedules, allocate resources, coordinate with surgeons/anesthetists, and ensure timely procedures.
- Cathlab Lab : major cathlab timings & monitoring proper things of procedure / operation theatre things.
- Inventory & Equipment: Oversee procurement, maintenance, and inventory of surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines (like NABH).
- Administration: Contribute to budgeting, cost control, record-keeping, and quality improvement initiatives.
