- Possess a solid understanding of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical, emotional, and functional needs.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy interventions and exercises prescribed by occupational therapists.
- Effectively communicate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
