<ul><li>Should be able to First Assist in LSCS/Normal Delivery/Gynecological Procedures/Hysterectomy.</li><li>Completion of a certified Operating Theatre Assistant program with specialization in Gynaecology and Obstetrics.&nbsp;</li><li>Thorough understanding of surgical procedures related to female reproductive health (e.g., hysterectomy, tubal ligation, cesarean section).&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-pressure environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sterility.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
