Description

Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in orthopedic surgery through lectures, clinical demonstrations, and practical training.
Develop and update curriculum, ensuring alignment with the latest advancements in orthopedic medicine and surgical techniques.
Supervise and guide students in research projects, dissertations, and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Conduct clinical training in orthopedic wards, operation theaters, and outpatient departments.
Perform and oversee complex orthopedic surgeries, including trauma management, joint replacements, arthroscopy, and spine surgeries.
Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and interdepartmental meetings for patient management and academic collaboration.
Stay updated with advancements in orthopedic procedures, regenerative medicine, and evidence-based practices.
Lead and participate in faculty development programs, seminars, conferences, and continuing medical education (CME) sessions.
Contribute to institutional growth by engaging in administrative responsibilities, academic committees, and policy development.
