Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations at patient’s homes, including refraction, screening for common eye conditions.
• Handle portable diagnostic equipment responsibly and maintain its cleanliness and calibration.
• Diagnose and treat visual problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
• Detect and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery.
• Counsel patients on proper eye care techniques and lifestyle changes for visual health.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Optometry from any recognized Institution.
• Local language proficiency is a must.
• 0-3 years of clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong passion for patient care are welcome.
• Comfortable traveling within the city to provide at-home services.
