<ul><li>Operate and monitor sugar coating pans and related equipment as per approved procedures.</li><li>Prepare coating solutions and ensure correct material usage according to batch manufacturing records (BMR).</li><li>Maintain process parameters such as temperature, rotation speed, and coating thickness.</li><li>Conduct in-process checks to ensure uniform coating and product quality.</li><li>Record all process details, parameters, and deviations in BMR and logbooks.</li><li>Follow cGMP, safety, and hygiene practices throughout the coating process.</li><li>Clean and maintain coating pans, utensils, and the working area as per cleaning SOPs.</li><li>Coordinate with QA and maintenance teams for line clearance and equipment troubleshooting.</li></ul>
