Drive KPI’s Across all Areas of the Manufacturing Function to Ensure that All Projects are Delivered on Cost & On Time to the Highest Quality Standards.
Direct & Drive Implement Lean Strategy & Drive Continuous Improvement Across the Manufacturing
Maximizing Efficiency, Optimizing Production levels & Driving Operational Excellence.
Introduce World Class Manufacturing Practices to Improve Product Quality & Process Improvements
Cost, Productivity & Profitability
Ensure Identification of Improvement Opportunities. Plan & Implement the Approved Plans. Compare with Benchmarks & Introduce Best Manufacturing Practices
Review Costs of Conversion & enable the Team to Identify Counter Measures & follow up on Implementation of the Same.
Review the Activities of Utilities, Engineering, Projects, EHS, stores etc - all Non-Manufacturing Teams to Support the Manufacturing Teams in Delivering Trouble free Services
Plan, Review & Guide the Manufacturing Teams & Utilities on Cost Optimization .
Initiate Continuous Measures on Cost Optimization Improvement in Both White & Blue-Collar Productivity. .
Guide implementation of People Development Program
