Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the operations department in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains to enhance organizational performance.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and performance targets for the operations department and monitor progress towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of products/services while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process optimization strategies to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, vendor relationships, and logistics coordination.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the supply chain, reduce lead times, and improve inventory turnover while ensuring continuity of supply.
