<ul><li>Responsible for the appointment scheduling for the different consultants.</li><li>Responsible to check the doctors’ comfortable working conditions in the OPD area.</li><li>Authorized to collect the OPD feedback forms, scrutinize and submit it to the higher authority.</li><li>Authorized to deal with the complicated issues and report to Manager.</li><li>To meet and greet patients, members of the public and visitors to the practice in a friendly and courteous manner</li><li>To direct patients to the appropriate professional,</li><li>To fix appointments / consultation with doctors / consultant for patients, visitor, M.R. etc</li><li>If a doctor is not coming or coming late, to inform other departments of the same.</li></ul>
