<ul><li>To update patients file as per patient's follow up visit with doctor.</li><li>Record &amp; maintain patient information/ medical histories.</li><li>Need to do daily OPD with a Senior Doctor.</li><li>Need to assist a senior doctor in primary consultation and assessment.</li><li>Assist in prescribing medications &amp; providing OPD, IPD care to the couple.</li><li>Do clinical examination of the couple, analyse records, reports and test results.</li><li>To maintain accurate &amp; clear medical records.</li><li>To Assist Doctor during sonography of patient &amp; explain prescription to patients as prescribed by Consultant Doctor.</li><li>To maintain IPD records and to prepare IPD papers of admitted patients. Admission and discharge summaries.</li><li>To guide sisters as per guidelines given by the Doctor in case of IPD patients.</li><li>To monitor sister’s work i.e. Medication.</li></ul>
